Integration of Masthead Data notifications with Slack

Start the integration

Go to Integrations page and click Connect for Slack integration.

Sign in to your Slack workspace

You may be asked to sign in to Slack and select the required workspace (if you have access to more than one).

Allow access

You will see the screen where you need to select your channel from the drop down and click Allow to enable access for Masthead Data app.

If you don't have administration permissions for the workspace you may need to wait for the admin approval before you can proceed.

You will get a notification in Slack workspace as soon as the app is approved and available in the workspace.

Add integration to the private channel

If you have selected a private channel for integration then you need to add the Masthead Data app to the channel additionally.

Go to channel settings, select tab Integrations. In the Apps section click Add Apps. In the list of apps in your workspace you should be able to find Masthead Data. Click Add.

In the channel you should be able to see a message:

Masthead Data was added to channel by username.
